Day 3 In the morning, we will take a tour of the Grand Canyon. The rest of the day is up to you. How about hiking or just strolling around the canyon at your leisure? Why not take an optional helicopter, jeep, or mule ride into the canyon? only) 7 Day Adventure Tour Departs: Saturday Day 1 In the morning, we say good bye to Phoenix, AZ and head towards Montezuma Castle, an ancient Native American village. Around lunchtime, we'll arrive into the New Age town of Sedona, where you'll get a glimpse of some of the most beautiful red rock formations. The afternoon is yours to shop, walk around the village, get your palm read, or take an optional Pink Jeep tour into the back country. Next, we'll visit Sunset Crater, where you will view a river of lava rocks and the remains of a mountain that errupted thousands of years ago. Early eveining we'll arrive in Halbrook in time for dinner and other nighttime activities. Overnight stay: Halbrook, AZ Optionals: Hot Air Balloon Ride, Jeep Tour Day 2 In the morning, we head off to the Petrified Forest, where you will view ancient trees and the spectacular Painted Desert. After lunch, we head to Canyon de Chelly, where you will see more beautiful red rock formations, and a mini version of the "Grand Canyon." Overnight stay: Chinle, AZ Day 3 In the morning, we visit Monument Valley, another spectacular spot where postcards come from.
